Juice
Our juices ship with no less than 21 days of shelf life. Please order quantities accordingly.

All bottled juices are shipped in temperature-controlled coolers and should be refrigerated as soon as you receive them. Our Wellness Shot Dispensers arrive ambient and are ok to sit in your pantry until you open them. They do require refrigeration after opening.
We recommend consuming bottled juice within 3 days of opening. (Be sure to refrigerate throughout that time period). Wellness Shot Dispensers should be refrigerated at all times once opened and should be consumed over the course of 30 days for best flavor.
Juice Cleansing
Our juice cleanse packages are intended to increase your nutrient intake and give your digestive system a rest. We recommend them as a positive addition to your existing wellness routine or as a gentle entry point to beginning a healthy habit. We are non-absolutist in our approach. Listen to your body or talk to your wellness practitioner to see if a juice cleanse is right for you. Additionally, we encourage incorporating juice into your day or until dinner, as a modified cleanse. Those more experienced with juice fasting and cleansing may find success in building their own protocols with our larger Stockbox offerings.
BEFORE CLEANSE
- Preparation is key! Set yourself up for success by decreasing or eliminating as many rich foods and alcohol 3 days prior to the beginning of your cleanse. If you gradually reduce these, an all juice cleanse will not feel so overwhelming to your system.
- Incorporate more water into your days. Take a pinch of sea salt before drinking to promote better water absorption.
- Prior to starting your cleanse, plan what times you will consume each of the 5 juices, to maintain a daily schedule.
DURING CLEANSE
- It is best to avoid your morning coffee when doing a cleanse, however, reducing the number of cups consumed can also be beneficial. We recommend possibly switching to matcha or green tea if you are looking to consume caffeine.
- Consume 5 juices throughout the course of the day.
Recommended Schedule:
7am - Warm water with lemon / or matcha / or herbal tea
8am - Carrot Juice
10am - Green Juice
12pm - Apple, Lemon, Ginger
3pm - Green Juice
6pm - Beet Juice
(Plant based dinner if needed)*
Before bed - Herbal tea
*This is a recommendation for a full juice cleanse, however, everyone’s dietary needs are different. If you are more active or as the day goes on feel as though you need more calories, please listen to your body and supplement with solid, plant based foods. Any amount of organic, nutrient dense juice is beneficial to your system and incorporating solid foods does not negate these benefits!

My Order
We ship orders weekly, Monday through Wednesday only. Orders that arrive after 3pm EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. (Holidays may interfere with this schedule. Please be aware of this when placing your order). You will receive confirmation and tracking once your order ships.
Our juices are perishable and we are not able to reuse or restock them once they leave our facility—Therefore we cannot accept returns.
Please carefully read the ingredient list of the products purchased. We do not use artificial ingredients, colorants or additives, so what you see is what you get! Color of juice and flavor profile may vary slightly based on seasonality.
If a product is damaged in transit, has defective packaging, or another error out of consumer control, DROUGHT will remedy the concern at our earliest opportunity.
Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address when placing your order. Undelivered, delayed, out of temp or returned shipments due to an incorrect address input, by the customer, will not be refunded or reshipped free of charge.
Once your order has shipped, you no longer have the opportunity to cancel or modify. Please be sure your address is accurate, your order is correct and that you will be able to receive the package upon arrival— *before* placing your juice order. Immediate concerns can be addressed by emailing inquiries@droughtjuice.com.

We do not offer refunds or reship orders when a customer forgets about their package. Please note this is a temperature-sensitive, highly perishable product that requires immediate refrigeration upon arrival.
Our juice bundles are shipped at an expedited rate as they are temperature sensitive and must arrive swiftly in order to stay cold. We do not up-charge our shipping costs to customers.
We ship Ground and Second Day Air via UPS. Orders shipped locally (Midwest & East Coast) will experience more approachable shipping costs than areas outside of this region.
In an effort to provide the most eco-friendly shipping materials, we use compostable coolers and recyclable ice packs. All perishable food products require shipment in a cooler, therefore this is not optional.
We have broken down the cost of the shipping cooler within each product page so our customers are aware of that cost, separate from that of the juice they are purchasing.

We do indeed! Check out our "Wholesale" page and select one of our distribution partners that works for your establishment.
Most small businesses, markets, cafes, coffee shops and hotels looking to purchase smaller quantities will be directed to use our fulfillment portal via Faire.

Gift Cards
We have an archive of all outstanding DROUGHT gift cards, both physical and electronic. Please contact us with the full number on the card and we will provide the balance plus issue you a new eGift card for future use. We no longer offer physical gift cards.
Merch
In America alone, an estimated 11.3 million tons of textile waste– equivalent to 85% of all textiles – end up in landfills on a yearly basis. While we're proud of our customers showing their love of DROUGHT, we're not interested in creating more waste! We've proudly partnered with other US companies to make our merch as orders are placed.
Juice is what we do best.. so we've partnered with other US companies to make our merch! Additionally we have set up our partnership with these makers to print and ship products as they are ordered, in an effort to reduce waste.
We are strongly committed to reducing waste. We have partnered with other US companies to print our products, as they are ordered — so your sweatshirt will be made just for you! Because it is made to order, it cannot be restocked by the maker. Please be thoughtful in selecting sizing and color before you buy. Should you have a quality issue (damaged product or a manufacturing error) our partners will offer a free replacement or refund within 30 days. (See "My product arrived damaged" FAQ for details).
While we cannot accept returns or issues refunds on products based on preference alone; damaged products will be replaced or refunded within 30 days.
