Shipping & Returns
We ship your Stock Box order via FedEx Ground. While you can anticipate your order to arrive in 1 or 2 days from when it leaves our facility, inclement weather and holidays can delay your package. Once a package is released into the care of FedEx, DROUGHT is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Our team will sends you an email directly to the address associated with the order that includes the tracking information once the package has been handed over to FedEx. The tracking number can be entered on the FedEx website so you may track your order.
Your Stock Box is insulated and shipped with cold packs to keep the bottles at the appropriate temperature for 48 hours when unopened. We strongly encourage you to open your Stock Box upon arrival and place the bottles in your refrigerator.
All orders are shipped out from our facility Monday-Wednesday to be delivered Tuesday-Friday (we’ve created this handy chart for reference). Packages being delivered to a commercial address can estimate their delivery to arrive between 9a-5p.
Orders placed before noon EST will ensure the earliest possible delivery date.
Holidays will add one day to Delivery Date. Orders are only delivered on Wednesday’s, Thursday’s, and Friday’s.
Packages being delivered to a residential address can estimate their delivery to arrive between 9a-8p for most. By default, a signature is not required for Stock Box deliveries; a missed delivery in the event you are not home can result in confusion and frustration when trying to arrange a new delivery day— for this reason, we do not require a signature. Please note that DROUGHT is not responsible for lost or stolen product once it has been delivered, so be sure to double check the shipping address. DROUGHT is also not responsible for damaged product resulting from improper handling or neglect.
We do not accept returns at this time. All product replacement requests are reviewed and processed on an individual basis.
